Hi, I’m carmen noguer.

I’m a 2nd generation healer with 30+ years of bodywork experience. Specializing in postural balancing and injury treatment, a Reiki Master trained in Jin Shin Do Acupressure and Trauma-Informed Healing from Evergreen.

My Approach

At Lake Sylvia Wellness & Massage, I offer personalized, heart-centered care rooted in over 30 years of experience in massage therapy and healing arts. My work blends postural balancing, injury treatment, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, and Jin Shin Do Acupressure with trauma-informed somatic practices. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, healing from injury, or feeling overwhelmed by stress, I use body-based tools—including vagal nerve toning and nervous system regulation—to help you feel more at ease, aligned, and free in your body.

My mission is to help people live without pain and reconnect with their natural state of balance and vitality. Each session supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and healing from the inside out. I believe that lasting wellness happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the wisdom of the body—and I’m here to walk with you on your unique healing journey.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking in the woods, gardening, playing music, hanging out with my dog, tending to my houseplants, or spending time with my family. I’m also a community organizer passionate about creating spaces of connection and belonging. I was a founding board member of the Aberdeen Sunday Market and continue to be active as a community volunteer, always looking for ways to support local wellness, creativity, and resilience.
